Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Rinse the cauliflower florets under cold water and let them dry.
- Heat the Oil:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté Aromatics:
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Cauliflower:
- Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they start to become tender but still have a bit of crunch.

- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
