Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & black pepper

Spinach–Feta Filling

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

  • ¼ tsp dried oregano

  • Black pepper to taste


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.

  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, garlic, cream cheese (if using), oregano, and pepper.

3️⃣ Roll

  • Spread filling over each chicken breast.

  • Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks (or kitchen twine).

4️⃣ Sear (Optional but Recommended)

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.

  • Sear rolls on all sides until lightly golden (2–3 minutes).

5️⃣ Bake

  • Transfer to a baking dish.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

6️⃣ Rest & Serve

  • Rest 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
