Spinach Artichoke Crescent Roll Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream (can use Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll Out Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it out on a baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread Filling: Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll Up: Starting from one end, roll the dough up tightly. Pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Slice: Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch slices and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
