Sticky Pineapple Chicken Thighs 



Ingredients 

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions 

Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook Chicken: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Place marinated chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add Pineapple: Add pineapple chunks to the skillet. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce, until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions, and serve over rice or orzo.
