Three-Cheese Tomato Bruschetta Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Baguette slices or crackers, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Transfer tomatoes to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and feta evenly on top.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Serve warm with baguette slices or crackers for dipping.
