INGREDIENTS:

Two tbsp. avocado oil

Avocado slices

One onion

Three garlic pieces

2 jalapeños

One tsp. cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

One tsp. chili powder
-
1 teaspoon salt

Four cups chicken
-
½ tsp. black pepper

One can use green chilies
-
Four cups chicken broth
-
1 block of cream cheese
-
One cup Monterey Jack cheese
-
½ cup sour cream
-
One lime juice
-
Fresh cilantro
-
1 cup yellow bell pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:

We heat the oil in the Dutch oven on a moderate flame.

Stir the garlic, jalapenos, & onions, and saute so it gets aromatic & soft.

Then we add the black pepper, cumin, salt, paprika, and chili powder and toss for one minute.

We mix the green chilies, chicken shreds, and broth in the pot and wait for it to simmer.

Then cook them for fifteen minutes.

Mix the yellow bell pepper and lower the flame.
-
Then add cream cheese and mix till it gets a smooth consistency.

We add the cheese and sour cream and mix till it gets creamy.

Put the pot on the shelf and add the lime juice to the dish, and mix.

Top the Keto White Chicken Chili with cilantro and serve hot.
