  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt, softened light cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to whisk until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more powdered sugar if needed.
