4 tablespoons butter, melted & slightly cooled

¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

½ teaspoon unflavored beef gelatin (optional but highly recommended for structure)
Do NOT use baking powder, almond flour, psyllium, or cream cheese — those break carnivore.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Preheat Oven

Set oven to 350°F (175°C)

Line loaf pan with parchment paper
STEP 2: Separate Eggs

Place whites in a clean, dry bowl

Place yolks in a second bowl
Any yolk in whites will prevent proper whipping.
STEP 3: Whip Egg Whites

Beat whites on high speed
-
Whip until stiff peaks form
(When you lift the beater, peaks stand straight)
About 3–5 minutes
STEP 4: Prepare Yolk Mixture

Add melted butter to yolks
-
Add salt and gelatin
-
Whisk until smooth and creamy
If using gelatin: sprinkle it in while whisking to avoid clumps.
STEP 5: Fold (VERY IMPORTANT)

Add yolk mixture to egg whites in 3 parts

Gently fold, do NOT stir
-
Keep as much air as possible
STEP 6: Bake

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan

Smooth top gently
-
Bake 30–35 minutes
Bread should be golden on top
Center should feel firm
STEP 7: Cool Completely

Remove from pan

Cool 10–15 minutes before slicing

Bread firms as it cools
