This Zero Point Salad Dressing is a must if you are following the W-W program.

It is zero SmartPoints on the myW-W Blue plan and the myW-W Purple plan and 2 SmartPoints per serving on the myW-W Green plan.

A creamy Zero Point Salad dressing to smother on a bowl of salad is something that most people on W-W crave!

A lot of the bottled salad dressings are really high in points.

Some of the Fat-Free / Sugar-Free dressing alternatives are lower in points and very good but they can contain ingredients/chemicals that I’m dubious about eating (or even pronouncing for that matter!)

I wanted to find a recipe that I could whip up at home with ingredients that I usually have in my fridge.

This one was perfect as every Weight that I know has fat-free Greek yogurt or fat-free natural yogurt in their fridge!

This recipe is adapted from a fat-free salad dressing by Jamie Oliver.

He uses fat-free natural yogurt, but I swapped this for Greek yogurt as that is my preference!

You could use either.
