Cheesy Garlic Butter Linguine Pasta with Savory Ground Beef
Ingredients:
8 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
Begin by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Mix in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
Serve the pasta warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
