14 oz thinly sliced sirloin steak
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
7 oz broccoli florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp minced ginger
6 tbsp lime juice
6 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp sugar
1-2 red chilies, chopped
4 spring onions, sliced
14 oz egg noodles
Chili flakes, chilies, spring onions for garnish
Directions:
Coat steak with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, cook steak 2-3 mins until crispy, remove.
Stir-fry pepper and broccoli in remaining oil for 3-4 mins.
Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 min.
Combine lime juice, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
Return steak to skillet with sauce, chilies, and onions. Stir to coat.
Add noodles, toss until combined and heated.
Top with chili flakes, chilies, and onions before serving.
