Ingredients 🛒
Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Layer:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pineapple Coconut Topping:
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
Garnish:
Pineapple chunks (optional)
Directions 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make Crust: Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake 8 minutes.
3️⃣ Mix Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
4️⃣ Add Topping: In a bowl, mix pineapple, coconut, brown sugar, and flour. Spoon evenly over cheesecake layer.
5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely, then chill 2 hours before slicing.
