These cheeseburger bombs are soft dough pockets stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and finished with parmesan. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun dinner!
Ingredients (Makes 8–10 bombs)
Filling:
- 400g ground beef
- Salt & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
& Dough:
- 8–10 cubes mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 can biscuit dough (or pizza dough cut into pieces)
Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
1. Cook beef
- Brown ground beef in a pan
- Season and cook until done
- Let cool slightly
2. Fill dough
- Flatten each dough piece
- Add beef + cheese cube
- Seal tightly into a ball
3. Arrange
- Place seam-side down on a baking tray
4. Bake
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden
5. Add topping
- Mix melted butter + garlic
- Brush over hot bombs
- Sprinkle parmesan & parsley
