Italian Spaghetti Salad (Fresh & Flavorful)
This refreshing Italian spaghetti salad is a perfect mix of pasta, crisp veggies, and zesty dressing—ideal for lunch, picnics, or light dinners.
Ingredients: 12 oz spaghetti (cooked and cooled) 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) 1 cucumber (diced) 1 green bell pepper (chopped) ½ red onion (thinly sliced) ½ cup black olives (sliced) ½ cup mozzarella cheese cubes ½ cup Italian dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions: Start by cooking the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking and cool the pasta completely. Transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and mozzarella cheese.
Pour in the Italian dressing and olive oil, then sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything gently until well combined and evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so the flavors blend beautifully.
