Creamy Parmesan Crusted Chicken 🍗🧀 Protein 42g

Juicy chicken breasts coated in a crispy, golden parmesan crust and finished with a rich, creamy garlic sauce—this dish is indulgent, flavorful, and irresistibly satisfying.

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 2 chicken breasts, halved
✦ 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
✦ 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
✦ 1 egg
✦ 2 tbsp olive oil
✦ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
✦ 1/2 tsp paprika
✦ 1/2 tsp salt
✦ 1/2 tsp black pepper

✦ 100ml heavy cream
✦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✦ 1 tbsp butter
✦ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✦ 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2️⃣- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with parmesan mixture.

4️⃣- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.

5️⃣- Transfer to oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.

6️⃣- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.

7️⃣- Add heavy cream and lemon juice, simmer until slightly thickened.

8️⃣- Serve chicken topped with creamy sauce and garnish with parsley.
