Loaded Cheeseburger Taco Bowls 🤤🌮
These are basically everything I like about a cheeseburger, but in a crispy tortilla bowl. The pickles and mustard with that cheesy beef are what really make it for me. 😋😋😋
🍽 FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Taco bowls:

  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
    Toppings:
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • Ketchup
  • Yellow mustard
  • Optional burger sauce
    INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Warm the tortillas until flexible.
  3. Press each tortilla into an oven-safe bowl or taco-bowl mold.
  4. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the ground beef and break it apart.
  7. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  9. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.
  10. Fill each crispy tortilla bowl with the beef.
  11. Add shredded cheddar.
  12. Bake for another 2–4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  13. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and red onion.
  14. Drizzle with ketchup and yellow mustard.
  15. Serve immediately.
