Loaded Cheeseburger Taco Bowls 🤤🌮
These are basically everything I like about a cheeseburger, but in a crispy tortilla bowl. The pickles and mustard with that cheesy beef are what really make it for me. 😋😋😋
🍽 FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Taco bowls:
- 6 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings: - 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- Ketchup
- Yellow mustard
- Optional burger sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Warm the tortillas until flexible.
- Press each tortilla into an oven-safe bowl or taco-bowl mold.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and break it apart.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.
- Fill each crispy tortilla bowl with the beef.
- Add shredded cheddar.
- Bake for another 2–4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and red onion.
- Drizzle with ketchup and yellow mustard.
- Serve immediately.
