Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Chicken
- 4.5 ounces Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper ground
- 1 large Egg
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until fully combined.

Scoop out tablespoon sized chunks and roll into balls. Place the meatballs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until they are brown and feel firm to touch.
