Servings 6

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp Light Brown sugar
  • 1 medium mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp PB2 Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1.5 Tbsp Mixed PB2 powder

  1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees and spray a six-hole donut pan with nonfat cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl whisk the egg and brown sugar together. Stir in the banana, milk and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, PB2 and baking powder. Mix well.
  4. Divide the batter into the six donut holes. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for five minutes and remove from pan.
  5. In microwave melt the chocolate chips on a plate in 30 second intervals–stirring after each time. Dip each donut in the chocolate and set aside.
