1 rutabaga, peeled and cut into thin fry shapes
2 tablespoons avocado oil
salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Peel and cut the rutabaga into small fry shapes.
Toss with oil and salt.
Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until crisp
