4 eggs
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat over to 350
Beat all three ingredients together in a blender.
Put parchment paper on rimmed cookie sheet.
Pour mixture on parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes. Cut to make your “noodles”
