Crust
1.5 cups blanched almond flour
1/4 cup Swerve confectioners
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
1 large egg
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Then press into pans
Filling
Mix 4oz of cream cheese
1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of Swerve confectioners
Blend until smooth
Top crust with blueberries then pour cream cheese mixture over top and bake on 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy
