This Weight Watchers-friendly chicken fingers recipe is a delightful alternative to traditional fried tenders, offering the same crispy texture and savory flavor without the excess oil. With a simple yet flavorful coating, these chicken tenders are quick and easy to prepare, making them perfect for a satisfying meal or a tasty snack.

To begin, you’ll season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper, ensuring each bite is perfectly seasoned. The coating process involves a three-step dredging method to achieve optimal crispiness. First, the tenders are coated in a mixture of all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then, they’re dipped in a mixture of egg and milk, which helps the breadcrumb coating adhere. Finally, they’re coated in a flavorful mixture of panko breadcrumbs seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Once coated, the chicken tenders are placed in the air fryer basket and lightly sprayed with oil to promote browning and crispiness. Cooking in the air fryer at 370°F for approximately 14 minutes ensures that the tenders are cooked through and golden brown on the outside, with a juicy and tender interior. Be sure to flip the tenders halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

Each serving of these crispy chicken tenders is only 3 Weight Watchers points, making them a guilt-free option for satisfying your cravings. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup or ranch, for a delicious and satisfying meal or snack.

With their crispy exterior and juicy interior, these Weight Watchers chicken fingers are sure to become a favorite in your household. Enjoy them as a tasty appetizer, a protein-packed main dish, or a flavorful addition to salads or wraps.
