Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

These cheeseburger bombs are soft dough pockets stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and finished with parmesan. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun dinner!


🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 bombs)

🍔 Filling:

  • 400g ground beef
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

🧀 & Dough:

  • 8–10 cubes mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 can biscuit dough (or pizza dough cut into pieces)

🧄 Garlic Parmesan Topping:

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook beef

  • Brown ground beef in a pan
  • Season and cook until done
  • Let cool slightly

2. Fill dough

  • Flatten each dough piece
  • Add beef + cheese cube
  • Seal tightly into a ball

3. Arrange

  • Place seam-side down on a baking tray

4. Bake

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden

5. Add topping

  • Mix melted butter + garlic
  • Brush over hot bombs
  • Sprinkle parmesan & parsley
