Ingredients:
– 2 large tomatoes, diced
– 1 cucumber, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
– 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
