For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter option)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove and rest.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
Spoon sauce over grilled chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
