1 1/2 pounds ground beef (preferably 80/20 mix for flavor and juiciness)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups beef broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
