INGREDIENTS:
BREAD:
1/4 Cup Sweetener
1/4 Cup Butter Softened
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Heavy Cream
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
SWIRL:
1/4 Cup Sweetener
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Mix in a cup and set aside
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat butter, eggs, and 1/4 cup of sweetener.
Add heavy cream and mix.
Add vanilla, almond flour, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
Put 1/2 of the bread mixture in the loaf pan.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the swirl mix on top all over. Then top with the remaining bread mixture.
Add the rest of the swirl mix on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Let the Bread sit in the pan and cool off for 15 minutes.
Makes 8-9 servings.
