– 3/4 cup Almond Flour
– 3 tsp Xanthan Gum
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 6T hot water
– 1/2 olive oil (for frying)
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into a ball.
2. Place between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out to 1/2” thickness.
3. Slice into strips(think French fries!) The size is really up to you!
4. Heat olive oil and fry up your French fries! Make sure the olive oil completely covers the fries! (I used a small pan and fried in 3 batches) Cook until golden brown!!
