1 oz melted coconut oil ( If you don’t like coconut, I use Lou Ana Coconut Oil -it has no smell or taste of coconut and is over half the price at your local store)

5 oz butter (if you like the coconut taste, use coconut butter)

1/4 cup Swerve

1/4 Cup almond flour

1/2 Teaspoon cookies and cream extract

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate chips. (I used a bakers chocolate bar that I melted, sweetened with erythritol, then made into small chunks)

2 TB unsweetened vanilla almond milk


Put in blender, add into pan and put chocolate chips on. Put into freezer until it hardens. It’s not an exact replica of Hershey’s but it’s good 🙂

About 6 carbs in the whole bar
