– 1 pound ground beef (preferably lean)
– 1/4 cup almond flour
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup low-carb marinara sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3. Transfer the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press and shape the mixture into a round pizza crust, approximately 1/4-inch thick. Make sure the crust is evenly spread to allow for even cooking.

4. Bake the meat crust in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and slightly browned.

5. Once the crust is cooked, remove it from the oven and drain any excess grease.

6. Spread the low-carb marinara sauce evenly over the meat crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your desired toppings.

8. Place the Meatza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

10. Serve hot and enjoy your keto-friendly Meatza!
