2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
4 tablespoons cream cheese -I used the whipped type
3-4 tablespoons erythritol, confectioners Swerve (adjust according to sweet tooth)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pure mint extract (adjust according to desired mintiness)
green food coloring, optional
Whip all of the above ingredients until whip cream consistency.
Fold in 1/2 cup of SF chocolate chips.
