4 large eggs
2 ripe Avocados
1/2 cup butter, melted
6 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup Swerve sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Kosher salt
flaky sea salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
Pour in an 8×8 square pan
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do Not overbake
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
Swirl the Peanut Butter chocolate glaze after brownies have cooled
