1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
1 1/2 cup super fine almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
4 tbsp Kerrygold unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup fresh grated cheese, I used sharp cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
Foil cup cake holders
Mix all dry ingredients together and make sure to get any clumps out of almond flour. Add in all other ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Place mixture in cup cake holders until almost full. Place in air fryer basket and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Once brown and done, let sit in air fryer to rest and set until ready to eat.
