2 lb boneless chicken thighs cut into small pieces
1 broccoli crown cut and stems removed
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2-3 tbsp sugar free teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp lard
This can be cooked on the stove in a large pan or wok or on the griddle. I am sharing my recipe using the griddle. It will be cooked the same way using the other methods by cooking the chicken and once done remove and then cook veggies and then combine and add sauces and let cook around 10 minutes.
Heat griddle to medium high heat. Add lard to one side of griddle. Once melted, add chicken and cook. While chicken is cooking, add other half of lard to other side and add veggies and cook, turning chicken and veggies often. Once chicken is done, mix with veggies and add teriyaki sauce and chili garlic sauce. Cook a few more minutes stirring the meat and veggies to coat them will with the sauces. Once done remove and enjoy as a delicious meal!!
This would make a great dinner with a ketolicious side or as lunch. It’s packed full if amazing and delicious flavor with a hint of sweet, spicy and salty.
