One-Pot Creamy Beef & Shell Pasta
This rich, creamy one-pot pasta combines seasoned ground beef, tender pasta shells, and a flavorful cheesy sauce for an easy family dinner that’s ready in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) lean ground beef
8 oz (225g) medium pasta shells
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, beef broth, and heavy cream.
Add the uncooked pasta shells, stir well, and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
Serve hot with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan on top.
