Ingredients
3/4 cup Lakanto Munkfruit Baking Sweetener (purple bag)
1/2 cup organic creamy peanut butter (no sugar or oil added)
3 egg whites
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Use mixer to whip egg whites and peanut butter.
2. Once egg whites and peanut butter are completely whipped together, slowly mix all munkfruit into peanut butter with the mixer on high for about a minute and a half.
3. Line 8×8 metal pan with parchment paper (very important!). Pour batter into lined pan, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle mixed nuts on top.
4. Bake for 28 minutes. Cut & serve!
