Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff
Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl, and continue to beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Add the diced strawberries to the mixture and gently fold them in.
Transfer the strawberry cheesecake fluff to a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
Optional: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture and flavor.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the fluff to set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
