Easy taco salad tonight! This served 4 people.

1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs .5 cup salsa

Cook in pressure cooker for 30 mins on high, shred

Used bagged salad, shredded chicken, sour cream, and shredded cheddar. Sadly my avocados aren’t ripe yet.
