Q & A
Q1: Is this truly zero carb?
Yes, if you use zero-carb sauce and low-carb toppings. Otherwise, it’s still very low-carb.
Q2: Can I use only cheese (no meat)?
Yes! Make a four-cheese pizza bowl with mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and provolone.
Q3: Can I microwave it?
Yes—2–3 minutes, but oven or air fryer gives better texture.
Q4: Is it keto-friendly?
Absolutely. High fat, high protein, and very low carbs.
Q5: Can I meal-prep it?
Yes. Assemble ahead, refrigerate up to 3 days, then bake when ready.
