Zucchini lasagna keto style!!
1 Large zucchini
Sugar-free marinara sauce (I made my own)
Mozzarella cheese
1.5 cups Ricotta
1lb ground turkey or beef
1large onion
Cook Zucchini slices in the oven add salt to get rid of excess water cook for 30 minutes or until softened, make sure they are sliced thin and long ways
Brown the ground turkey and beef with diced onion
Add marinara sauce to the bottom of the baking dish
Then add zucchini on top of that layer the ground turkey or beef next then layer mozzarella cheese and Ricotta , Heather marinara sauce and then repeat. Top With Mozzarella Cook till bubbly Brown
