3 ingredients only : cauliflower , eggs and mozzarella cheese !!
2 cups of finely shredded cauliflower 2 cups of mozzarella cheese 2 large eggs mix all together put and spread out on parchment paper and pizza pan put in 450 degree oven for 30 mins – then add all your toppings sauce , cheese , etc then cook for another 30 mins
use a paper towel once spread onto pan / parchment paper to gather up excess water
you can cook however time you’d like .. but I like my pizza on the crispier side and then my toppings to be cooked and melted in
