4 tbsp salted melted butter
1/2 tbsp old bay
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Preheat oven 350F
Wash and pat dry lobster tails
Cut shell down the middle
Pull meat out carefully, lay on top of shell
Place in parchment lined baking sheet
Melt butter
Add seasonings
Brush seasoned butter on lobster tails
Add preferred side to baking rack
Season to your liking –
I chose Brussel Sprouts
I seasoned with same butter
Added bacon bits
Bake for 20-25 minutes
