Just under 1/2 C granulated sweetener (we used Pyure)
2 Tbsp Myokos vegan butter (for dairy-free)
2 Tbsp coconut milk or cream
1 C Lily’s chocolate chips
1 Lakanto chocolate bar broken up
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 C almond flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Grease an 8 x 8 pan
In a saucepan combine sweetener, butter and cream.
Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips/ chocolate bar and stir until melted.
Add in eggs and vanilla.
Add in almond flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir until mixture is smooth.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake.
