Amount Ingredient
Burger
120 grams 85% Lean, 15% Fat Ground Beef
1 slice (8g) Bacon, sliced into 4 pieces
1 count Large egg
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Avocado Mash
1/2 count Large Avocado
1 teaspoon Kraft Chipotle Aioli sauce
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Couple drops Lime juice
Other
1 slice Cheese of your choice
2 count Large Portabello Mushroom heads

Steps:

  1. Prepare all ingredients first to have the freshest burger possible.

  2. Combine all burger ingredients, except bacon, and mash together using your hands until well mixed. The burger patty will be a lot less stable than a normal burger because it does not use bread crumbs. But this is OK as once it’s cooked it will be more stable.

  3. Cook the portabello mushrooms in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping in the middle. If you have an air fryer, it works better, but set it to 350.

  4. Pan-fry the bacon until ready to your preference.

  5. Using the bacon grease, drain out a bit if you think it’s too much. Set aside the bacon.

  6. Divide burger patties into two parts and carefully place on the pan on low heat. Use a spatula to spread out the meat until it retains a good burger shape that you agree with.

  1. Once two burgers are cooking, put pan on medium-high heat. Flip once as necessary.

  2. While the burgers cook, combine all avocado ingredients until well mashed.

  3. Remove portabello mushrooms from oven and place onto plate.

  4. Put a slice of cheese on top of one patty, and then carefully place the bacon on top of the cheese.

  5. After about 20 seconds, put the other burger on top of the bacon.

  6. Take out the big patty, put onto one portabello mushroom.

  7. Spread avocado mash on top of the burger.

  8. Add final portabello mushroom on top.

  9. You will probably need a fork and knife.
