Slice your veggies, boil them until soft.
While boiling, in a separate pot make a white cheesey sauce with:
Butter
Milk
Flour
Himalayan pink salt
Garlic
Make sure to add each element SLOWLY to keep it lump-free and add garlic to taste.
Start with butter and flour, then add milk.
ONCE BOILED:
Line in a casserole dish, pour cheese sauce on top and add cheese on the surface, cook until golden at about 200 degrees c.
