My amazing friend Lindsay Sleet made this!!!! Yum!
- Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli
1lb Chicken Breast
3 heads broccoli(or frozen bag)
6 ounces cream cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Cut up chicken, season and cook in skillet, cut up broccoli. Place chicken & broccoli in baking dish. Melt butter, cream cheese & heavy cream(I added garlic powder & pepper in this mixture too) add in shredded cheese and spread on top of chicken and broccoli! Too with cheese & Bake at 375 for 25 minutes!
