1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
To make the dough, place the mozzarella and the cream cheese in a heat safe bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is entirely melted. Stir well.
Add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder and salt. Combine well.
Place a greased piece of parchment paper on a pizza stone (or cookie sheet, but a pizza stone will bake the bottom better). Put the dough on the greased piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top then pat out with your hands or rolling pin.
Take top piece of parchment off (leave bottom parchment paper) and put into the oven to bake until the dough is golden. Remove from oven, take crust off parchment paper and place directly on stone. Add pizza toppings then place back in oven until toppings are are heated.
