Seriously addictive creamy chicken salad that everyone raves about!!

– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise (check the carb content on the label)
– 2 tablespoons sour cream (check the carb content on the label)
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.
2. Add the cooked chicken, celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well coated with the creamy dressing.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
