Ingredients
1 head cauliflower chopped into small florets
4 eggs hardboiled and chopped
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
1/3 cup bacon chopped
Instructions
Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, or until they just begin to become tender. Rinse and drain well.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the green onions, and stir to combine completely.

Garnish with chopped green onions, and refrigerate before serving if desired.
